Experimenting with friends!!!

As Brooke gets older, the activities that she does with her friends change!
One of her favorite things to do is experiment with food!
I remember doing this at my best friends house, all the way through high school!

I just let them have at it!
If they can find it, they can use it!
(unless, I have a specific need for that ingredient!)

This time they made mini marshmallow skewers!
They dipped them in peanut butter and then chocolate...
or caramel and then chocolate!!!

They were actually good!

we may not have a dog...but we have our own clean up crew!!!

What are some ideas that you kids do with friends???

I remember doing things like that too. I specifically remember mixing cereal, peanut butter, and chocolate together with a friend.

My kids are all grown. I do enjoy your blog and the things you do with your kids. Have Laura tell about the chocolate covered meal worms. :)
Love you.

Fun! My nieces started getting into cooking at that age as well. I bought them several Barbara Beery cookbooks which were big hits.
