Brooke is doing reports on each of the states...or as many as she gets to!
If the book that Chelsea and the kids are studying, takes place in a specific state, then she will study that state!

she let Annika and Brady, help her!
She planned for all the kids to make Red Clover flowers...

I think she will be selective...and choose states with good taste tests!
