Just because there is not school, doesn't change the fact that she wants to share her birthday with her class!
We brought beach cupcakes....to Welcome Summer and Wish Brooke a Happy Birthday!

Luke asked Brooke if he could have a bite...she said, "NO"...
and then turned to tell her teacher something...
I thought that lick was classic!

Just to give a clue of how easy these were to make...
I was making Brooke's when a friend of mine stopped by, and said,
"My daughters birthday is today too, I should have made her some cupcakes!"
I said, "Let's make her some!"
She said "okay"
I looked at the clock and we had 1 hour!
I did it!
I made 25 more cupcakes in 1 hour!
From top to bottom!
That makes 50 beach cupcakes in all!

Those are adorable. I wish we could make treats to bring for the kids school here in Oregon. It's always sad to me that I have to buy their treats at the store and can't use creativity at home. Darn health codes...
