
I know I promote yoga quite a bit!
Between yoga and running I am able to get all the endorphins that I need to get me through the busiest of mommy days!
My favorite yoga is Bikram, but you have to get a babysitter, go to a yoga studio...
And after all that it is an hour workout!
Very difficult to fit into a normal day!
That is why I have resorted to Yoga videos...
I can get up early...while the house is still quiet...and do my yoga before anyone else gets up!
If they do get up...kids love yoga...so they just join in!
I have a tendency to do power yoga!
But a great change of pace is Kundalini Yoga...I love it!
Especially this video!

I have never done yoga but I have always wanted to try.
Yes, Bikram is the hot one...and yes...I feel like I am going to pass out! I have not done it since kids though!
I must say, the closet I get to yoga, is watching Yoda on Star Wars. :)
