Spring Break in Panama City, Florida

We drove down to Florida and of course stopped in Memphis, Tennessee for BBQ!
The girls love when we drive, because they love to stay in hotels. It is so fun to see them bond on vacations. I am so thankful that Mark worked hard and took us. We really needed this vacation!
Dad just hung out with us the entire time. He did not work. The kids just love every minute.
We went to a couple different marinas and walked along the ocean and looked at the Big boats
" Big Boy in Little Car", you cant see it very well, but Chelsea is next to him.

Seeing Dolphins

We went on a boat ride to see the dolphins and then we went to an island and collected sea shells. I am always skeptical of tourist traps, but this on was a blast. We went on a boat ride and the kids all got to feed the seagulls chips right out of their hands. We saw tons of dolphins, and we stopped for an hour on "seashell island", and collected seashells.
Each of the kids got to get their pictures taken driving the boat
Chelsea was the first one to go into the ocean ,and it was cold!

The Zoo!

Lukes new found love and obsession is animals. He can hardly think of anything else. So the one thing we new we had to do on our spring break vacation was take Luke to the zoo. His absolute favorite animal is monkeys... notice the shirt! He wore it twice, which is over kill for a 3 year old boy.
The zoo was super small, but way cool. Due to the limited space all the animals were super close. I have never seen large cat this up close and personal. (unless they are behind glass). We were literally 2 ft away!

Now the Jaguar was by far the scariest. He was starving and he was on the prawl. He kept making hunger calls and he was not a happy camper. We are standing 2 ft. away behind a wooden fence, which Annika climbed half way through. Not a good thing since this cat kept sizing Anninka and Luke up. He didn't pay any attention to the rest of us, But Annika must be just the right size for a feast!
Giraffes are always way off in the distance, at least all the zoo's I 've been to. We got to go in an watch him eat and Mark even got to pet the giraffe, against the rules.

Emelia and Canyon!

Thanks to Todd we got some great pictures. I sure wish Todd and Julie still lived close. They have such a wonderful family and my kids just loved playing with them.

Here they are having a picnic, indoors of course, it is too cold outside!
Canyon and Annika found out they could hide in the pantry.
Emelia is so adorable! she has the sweetest little voice to match her sweet personality!
Canyon is ready to bring it on. He is all boy and plans to give Luke a run for his money!
This picture is funny because Todd explained it to me. Annika was on the ladder first and one by one the kids climbed OVER her.

Come again soon and we will have a warm picnic outside!!!

THANK YOU TO EVERYONE!!!

I want to thank everyone for their prayers and help while I was sick. I never could have done it alone. I am happy to announce that I am well and back to being a full time mom and wife. Also for those who did not hear we are having a BOY!

May sister, Shauna and my mom took turns coming out for a week at a time and fully taking care of my 4 kids, my house and me. I am so thankful for them and their selflessness!!! Thank you! thank you! and Thank you!
And then Julie and Todd drove 26 hours with their two kids to help me for a week. Together they worked hard to put my life back in order for when I got better. They were here the week I started to show improvements. When they came I did not have a belly at all and when they left I looked like any other 5 1/2 month pregnant women. Thank you so much for taking your family vacation to come and serve me and my family!!! Thank you!!!

The sweet picture above is Madyson, Tynon, and Luke enjoying Brooke and Chelsea's "secret" hideaway while they are at school.

Jayden and Cliff brought Shauna, Madyson, and Tynon to come and help me. So they were here to help us celebrate Marks birthday!
The kids loved having Grandma here. She makes each one feel so special.
Here Annika is doing the sounds and motions of a monkey!
